ON THE ISSUE OF STANDARDISATION OF PRESENT-DAY SCHOOL EDUCATIONAL SPACE OF RUSSIA

The article covers the issues of modernisation and innovative processes of modern Russian school education in recent decades, standardisation of educational activities, and identifies features of their implementation. The author makes conclusions about the effectiveness of the stages of reforms in the legislation, the standards of education and professional pedagogical activity at the turn of the XXI century, reveals the weaknesses and predicts the prospects of improvement of school life. Author paid attention to the peculiarities of educational activities content at the present stage, highlighted the problems which are being solved by educational organizations today, an overview of recent educational lawmaking is presented. The article presents the idea that standardization of school curriculum reduces the possibilities of introduction of students to the ethno-national culture, which leads to difficulties in the formation of ethnic identity. The author writes about the need to balance the interests of the federal, national and regional components in the implementation of educational standards.
