TYPES AND ESSENTIAL COMPONENTS OF a GRADUATE’S PROFESSIONAL THINKING

The paper provides the results of investigation into specifics of professional thinking structural components in respect to the type of thinking (based on the future specialists – university graduates’ material). Type of thinking qualitatively and radically changes the characteristics of motivation, target, task, planning, prospective, executive, evaluative and corrective components of professional thinking. The theoretical way of thinking allows us to develop intrinsic motivation, appropriate goal setting, independence of goal setting, the ability to meaningful planning and forecasting, a high level of assessing, evaluating and corrective actions, flexibility, mobility and reflexivity of thinking, the ability to overcome inertia and challenge stereotypes of thinking. Therefore, one of the most important tasks for professional training is to develo p the graduates’ theoretical thinking.
