SPECIFICS OF USE OF ELECTRONIC EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES WITH ELEMENTS OF AUTODIDACTICS FOR PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

The article deals with the problem of enhancing personal development of students via information and communication means with elements of autodidactics in the educational process. The author points out to the contradictions which are characteristic of the area. A basic definition of self-identity is given. The author isolates and analyses components of self-identity concept – namely, motivational and axiological component, information and cognitive component, creative and pragmatic component, assessment and correction component. The article reveals the stages of self-development, taking into account the functioning of the above components. Also the article contains a physical interpretation of visual representation of the process of personal development of an individual in the form of a coil spring made of materials with different stiffness. A key definition of autodidactics and electronic educational resources with elements of autodidactics are presented. Electronic educational resources with linear and nonlinear plot-line education are considered. Particular attention is paid to define the criteria for assessment of electronic educational resources with elements of autodidactics in order to estimate their quality.
