THE FUTURE OF EDUCATION BASED ON PLANNING NEEDS IN LABOUR FORCE IN THE USA AND THE UK REGIONS

For a decades a tie between a diploma, a profession and a social class was strong. A list of evidence shows that higher education system needs reformation. The main cause of a change in a system of higher education is alteration of value of a university diploma, which is resulted by the two opposite factors: raise of its cost and decrease of return from it. The article proposes a new approach for management in education, basing on research of structure of economics and market needs in years to come in a region of USA (Iowa state) and a region of Great Britain (Leeds region). The current research provides a means to estimate the role of management in higher education system focused on effective economic development.
