CONCEPTION OF PEDAGOGICAL MEANS OF EDUCATION AND THE CONCEPT AS A FORM OF ITS IMPLEMENTATION

In this article preliminary data which deals with the creation of the conception of pedagogical means and the concept as a form of its implementation at school is revealed. The relevance of the study lies in the fact that questions of the theory and methodology of pedagogical tools in modern science developed poorly and this leads to a contradiction: between views about the necessity of the system of pedagogical tools adequate to the current situation of education and the lack of its theoretical and pedagogical reasons for its information. The results of the scientific resolution of conflict is a complex theoretical knowledge about pedagogical tools: the content, structure, functions, place in the system of other pedagogical categories, methodological terms (methodological marks) of system’s development. The conceptual notion of pedagogical tools are reflected in the model, the main components of which are: methodological (includes principles of modeling with the positions of the main scientific approaches - system and activity, the genealogy of the modern social order, leading communication and factors determining the development of the system, options); structural (entity category and the structural base); effective (achieving educational outcomes - achieving students set properties (competencies).
