THE TOPICALITY OF AN INTERDISCIPLINARY APPROACH IN PEDAGOGICAL RESEARCH: SCIENTIFIC RATIONALE

The article explains the relevance of an interdisciplinary approach in pedagogical science, which is regarded as an expression of modern postnonclassical stage of development of cognitive activity and response to the challenges of contemporary socio-cultural and cognitive situations. The author’s understanding of interdisciplinarity is related to the rationale for configuring types of knowledge and norms of natural science research, humanitarian and technological rationality in educational research to solve the problem of demarcation of the objective and subjective in pedagogy, and thus improve the quality and effectiveness of research practices. The article considers problem of forming the object of pedagogical research as a synthesis of different subject projections in order to achieve the ontological integrity of knowledge about educational reality, integration of science and human samples thought to ensure adequacy and reliability of results of scientific research, as well as to more accurately predict changes in the the sphere of education. Configurational scientific studies are considered by the author as important, relevant and unsolved problems in the methodology of teaching. Thus, the current methodology of scientific research can provide pedagogical research opportunities with conceptual synthesis in accordance with its goals and objectives and to act as an interdisciplinary methodology. Pedagogy actively began to use the concepts of interdisciplinarity, its various contexts as objective manifestations of modern science, but the development and establishment of an interdisciplinary approach as the fundamental norms of research with its methodological, theoretical and technological support, from the author's point of view, act as an actual problem and directly related to the problem of development of methodological culture subjects of research activities in the field of education. Interdisciplinary approach as a research tool search can provide real intrascientific reflection and methodological dialogue, while maintaining the integrity of the teaching of science as an independent discipline, with its own means and mechanisms of development.
