DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF EDUCATIONAL WORK INTEGRATED PROGRAMME FOR MASTERS OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING AND MENTORS ON THE BASIS OF A SYSTEMIC FUNCTIONAL APPROACH

The article elaborates on the activity of masters of vocational training and mentors of student groups on education of young people learning in terms of further education, implemented in universities as multi-level educational complexes. The key part of the article is the characterisation of the integrated programme of educational work, developed by the authors and successfully implemented in Penza State Technological University. The objectives of the programme are the organisation and implementation of educational work on the development of personality of students, creation of the conditions for their self-determination and socialization. The programme is based on the systemic-functional approach. In this regard, the authors reveal the functions performed by the master of vocational training and mentors: cognitive-diagnostic, prognostic, organizational and educational, and unifying, social-pedagogical, coordinating, scientific and methodical, communicative, analytical and reflective. According to the functions, the authors identify the key issues of masters of vocational training and mentors in educating of young people in terms of a multi-level educational complex. Direct educational activities are based on the principles of humanistic orientation, social relevance and individualization of education, social health training and creation of educative environment. The expected result of the programme is improvement of education of individual students, availability of social competence of students and student body as a condition for successful social and professional development of future specialists. The integrated programme of educational work of masters of vocational training and mentors is developed with account of special features of the development of modern technical university as a multi-level educational complex, providing continuity and succession of educational activities carried out by them.
