DESINGING FUNDAMENTALS OF EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMME AT A NATURAL SCIENCE TECHNICAL HIGH SCHOOL

The paper examines some approaches to the development of educational programmes for natural-technical profile high school, consistent with the requirements of the federal government standards. Differentiated are goals of general education and the educational programme. Narrowed are the main tasks of the teaching staff and administration as participants in the educational process. Ensuring maximum educational impact with minimal time and effort of teachers and students is defined as a basic principle of educational activities. Discussed in detail is the system of productive intellectual activity students, consisting of two parts: mandatory and individual, and comprising two mandatory lines (humanitarian and natural-technical) and an individual line. Three stage system is described: a primary school is preparing for the research and design activities, mainly through observation and collection of information; the basic school pupils learn its basic forms and practices of its implementation; in high school they gain the skills this activity. In developing the system the experiences of educational activities at “Lyceum № 43 (natural and technical)” Saransk is used.
