IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MUNICIPAL YOUTH POLICY IN A FASHION HOUSE OF CULTURE

The article is devoted to some problems of the youth, which require the government to conduct a distinct and efficient policy with regard to the young people. In connection with this problem society faces the need to create best conditions for the development of a person, maximum inclusiveness creativity, the introduction of innovative technologies, forms and methods of cultural and leisure activities, to improve the quality of cultural leisure services, their social importance and impact on the cre ation of a cultural environment in all areas. The authors suggest an idea of creating the Recreation Center of Modelling, which will exemplify the activity of organization of formal and informal socializing of the youth.
