Career History:
Graduated from the Teacher Training Institute of Ammosov Yakutsk State University, the qualification – “Social Teacher” (2000), the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration”, the specialty – “State and Municipal Administration”.
From 1994 to 2001, D.E. Glushko worked as a teacher at schools No. 26 and No. 24 in Yakutsk city. In 2001-2002, he worked in the Interdepartmental Executive Directorate for State Support of the Healthy Lifestyle Movement in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
In 2002-2002, he was a Chief Specialist of the Committee for Family and Childhood Affairs under the President of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
From 2003 to 2009, he was the First Deputy Minister for Youth Policy, then for a year – the First Deputy Minister of Science and Vocational Education of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) for a year.
From 2010 to 2014, D.E. Glushko was the Vice President of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
From 2014 to 2016, he was the Minister of Vocational Education, Training and Placing Employees of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
From 2016, he was Deputy Director General of the Union “Young Professionals” (WorldSkills Russia).
In March 2020, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Education of the Russian Federation, in May 2020 – First Deputy Minister.
In May 2021, he held the position of Deputy Director General of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives.
Since November 2021, D.E. Glushko is Acting Rector of National Research Mordovia State University.
