INFORMATION MANAGEMENT IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

The article deals with some theoretical and methodological aspects of the process of education in the terms of the system and synergistic approaches. The author describes the specificity of upbringing as an important integral part of the process of education, which main purpose is socialisation and identification of a developing personality. The goals and traditions are a factor in social and cultural integrity. The author’s understanding of influence of external factors on the educational process and critical reasoning of testing as a pedagogical tool are presented.
