ELEMENTS AND ARGUMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE ASSESSMENT PROCEDURES

This article is devoted to some aspects of building an assessment model. The development of educational systems is connected with the analysis of basic concepts for the functioning of the processes of educational information transfer. A qualitative assessment for the results of understanding and learning a newly formed “proficiency block” (some kind of midterm examinations) is aimed at developing a complex characteristic of the students’ theoretical knowledge and practical skills. The assessment of learning results is a task for improving the quality of the specialist training.
