Research interests: Psychological safety in education and social interaction, support of a person in a situation of violation of psychological safety, psychological safety of the educational environment as a condition for personal development; psychological and social resources of the state of psychological safety.

Contribution to science:  Developing the concept of psychological safety in education, technology and principles of its creation; development and testing of psychological support model of adolescent and teacher safety in the educational environment; creation and verification of diagnostic methods of psychological safety of the educational environment and the security of its subjects; identification of psychological and social resources to support the psychological safety of the teacher and the student in different social environments and at different stages of ontogenetic and professional development; publication of more than 200 works.

Awards: Laureate of the Russian Federation Government Prize in Education; winner of the national “Professor of the Year” award in the Psychological Sciences category of the Russian Professors’ Assembly (2021); Honorary Worker of Higher Professional Education of the Russian Federation; Expert of the Commission for Preschool, Educational and Additional Education of the Russian Federation Interagency Council for Awards of the Russian Government in Education; Chairman of the Council and member of two dissertation councils for thesis defence at the Russian Federation.
