MOBILE TRAINING FACILITY OF MINISTRY OF EMERGENCY SITUATIONS OF RUSSIA AS A MEANS OF DEVELOPMENT OF A CULTURE OF LIFE SAFETY AMONG HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

The author pays attention to the use of mobile training complex of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in extra-curricular work as a means of forming theoretical and practical knowledge and skills of students. The device of the mobile educational complex developed by specialists of Emercom of Russia especially for training of the population in the field of protection against emergency situations of natural and technogenic character is considered. The mobile educational complex consists of the car which is fully completed for carrying out occupations in any conditions in any district, at any convenient time. Training of school students for actions in emergency situations became one of the main and its sharply demanded missions. Advantage of training of seniors with use of technologies of a mobile educational complex is caused not only possibility of its use in the remote areas of residence of the population, in the absence of other educational objects and educational material resources, but also ability to create special pedagogical conditions for deeper assimilation of knowledge and formation of competences of health and safety area. MEC allows to solve one of the main objectives in the field of formation of culture of health and safety, namely to create knowledge and practical skills at seniors on actions in dangerous and emergency situations. The author describes the phase of the formative experiment, proving the effectiveness of extracurricular activities in the field of life safety seniors. An example of using mobile training complex MES of Russia on "the" Rules of Conduct for accidents with emergency release chemical hazardous substances". Shows the order of the classes, its theoretical and practical parts. Describes the training point, which solved the main goals of the experiment. Are examples of tasks. The dynamics of changes in the level of knowledge on the theoretical as well as practical level.
