The article examines the essence of knowledge in the context of information interframe relationships within the traditional theory of similarity and analogy. The concept of information overload and world perception are the main structure of the information knowledge. The mechanism of reasoning by analogy shows that in order to talk about the similarities between the educational systems, it is necessary to find out the boundaries and meanings of information transfer. Similarities, differences and uncertainty – important characteristics similar to it. Sufficient grounds to justify the formation of information learning process is the use of intellectual potential of society, production activities, information technology, intellectualization entire career; availability of reliable information sources (timeliness of its presentation) for almost every member of society. The theoretical basis of the model experiment in the structure of the educational process is the theory of similarity. It lays down the conditions under which the various systems are considered similar, and gives an indication on what area of the phenomena can be transferred to the results of some experiments on the educational model. As part of the Information Society it is created a single information and communication space, the changing role of information and knowledge in general, the information is converted into an important resource for the development of society; emerging market information and knowledge are seen as a real factor of production (such as labor market, capital, natural resources); we are talking about as a functioning and growing field of “information industry” as the most prestigious, dynamic and profitable emplo yment.
