ASPECTS OF DIALOGIC METHOD OF TEACHING

Knowledge is becoming a capital forming product. The roles and duties of persons who take part in a training process are constantly changing as concerns time and sense of values. Orientation of educational focus on discovery of social values is inherent in educational activity. At the present time the intelligence and professionalism define the success of material production and criteria values of spiritual perfection. The culture of intercourse is getting the form of the increasing human potential. A person who participates in educational process is educated and taught best in a small group. Intellectualization of the capital and capitalization of the intelligence processes are becoming inherent in society. Arising changes of cultural and socioeconomic conditions in a modern society cause considerable shifts in the system of values. Application of the dialogic approach in the educational capital formation of pedagogical high school graduates is becoming objective necessity. Reflection in this case is an analytical tool that determines processes of implementation of learning and development principles. The article reveals some positions of the technology of students’ educational potential formation.
