INTEGRATIVE SCIENTIFIC CONCEPTIONS OF THE PHYSICAL WORKING CAPACITY OF HIGHER SCHOOL STUDENTS

Present-day concepts for “the physical working capacity” of university students are considered on the basis of the integrative approach; a theoretical analysis of the physical working capacity and its interpretation by leading researchers is conducted. The system generalisation of applied sciences is used to reason the optimal viable contents of the physical working capacity structure, which includes a set of interrelated components combining physical development, functional status and reserves of a human body, and physical fitness that should be understood as a comprehensive “legal capacity” of the human’s psychophysical state..
