 Career:

Igor V. Bakhlov was born near Temnikov (Mordovia, USSR) in 1972; in 1994 he graduated from the Ogarev Mordovia State University; in 1996-1997 he was lecturer of Chair of Region Studies and Political Science, in 1997 obtained his PhD degree in Political Science; in 1997-1998 he was senior lecturer of Chair of Region Studies and Political Science; in 2005 he was elected Head of Chair of General History, Political Science and Regional Studies; he earned DrSci degree in Political Science in 2006.

He is the author of 120 books and research articles.
